Hi, I’m Lilla – coach,  mediator, and the heart behind OpenSoulutions.

I believe that how we relate to ourselves and to each other is at the root of everything –

our well-being, our work, our families, our communities.

After a decade in global business, leading teams from Budapest to Bangkok and India, I saw the same truth everywhere: when people feel safe, seen, and valued, they flourish – and so do the organizations and relationships around them.

Today I support individuals, pairs, teams, and communities through:

• Mediation that restores dialogue and trust

• Human-centered organizational development

My work is grounded in consciousness and self-work: slowing down, becoming present, and taking responsibility for our part in any situation. I love helping people notice their existing strengths and resources, and building from there, instead of getting stuck in what’s “wrong”.
